Pricing represents the best estimate of your charges at this time. You may contact us if different than quoted. Final charges will reflect your actual usage,tolls, stops or service or other fees as may be applicable.

• Flat rates are available in some areas for airport transfer. These rates do not include applicable service charge, parking or tolls.
• As directed reservations will automatically have a Staging Fee added to the customer ride time. Please ask our representative the staging time for your route.
• All rides are charged a 10% gas surcharge and 25% service fee.
• Prices do not include - wait time - stops - parking - tolls .....until final billing
• Stops enroute on flat fees are charged at $10 per stop under 10 minutes. Additional time in stops will commute the charges to an hourly rate.
• We accept AMEX, Visa and MasterCard
• Credit Card payment will be pre-authorized 24 hours prior to pick up and will include 20% above the quoted rate to cover any potential overages. Credit cards are preauthorized 48 hours prior to pick up on peek Holidays and will include 20% above the quoted total rate to cover any potential overages.
• Check payment must have confirmed funds prior to dispatch of vehicle.
• Any cash payments must be submitted to driver upon arrival.
• All deposits are NON refundable.
WAIT TIME POLICY -SOUTHERN CA AIRPORT PICKUPS
* for INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS there is a 40 minute grace period. A wait fee applies after this grace and is calculated at a charge of $5 per 5 minute increment after the grace period ends.
* for DOMESTIC ARRIVALS there is a 20 minute grace period. A wait fee applies after this grace and is calculated at a charge of $5 per 5 minute increment after the grace period ends.
* for ALL OTHER PICK UPS A waiting fee applies after a 5 minute grace period from the scheduled pick up time. Wait fees are calculated at a charge of $5 per 5 minute increment after the grace period ends.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW FEES - Cancellation of sedans within two (2) hours of scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 25% service fee. - A 'no show' fee equal to the base fare price of the trip plus 25% service fee plus applicable wait time fee will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location. - If you cannot locate your sedan, call 888-999-8640 x3, to avoid a 'no show' fee. - Cancellation of limousines, SUVs and Vans with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum.48 hour cancellation policy during peek Holidays. Cancellation of MiniCoaches and Bus rides - 50% of total fees will be charged for cancelling within 72 hours & 100% for canceling with in 24 hours.
